Your First No-Gi BJJ Class: No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) focuses on ground fighting and submissions, without the traditional gi. You’ll train in athletic wear like shorts and a rash guard.

3. Drilling: Practice the moves with a partner to build muscle memory.
